Christman Morgan
Christman Morgan is an Independent Advisor and provides both advisory and performance improvement services for Hospitals and Health Systems across the country.
Mr. Morgan has more than 23 years of consulting experience in healthcare operations and most recently was with Berkeley Research Group (BRG) for approximately 10 years as a Partner and Managing Director. Christman’s work at BRG included engagement leadership for large scale performance improvement projects as well as serving as an industry leader in workforce management. Christman has worked with numerous healthcare organizations from academic medical centers to rural community hospitals to assist them with improving their bottom line while improving the quality and service of care to their patients. Notable clients include Yale New Haven Hospital, University of Connecticut Health Center, Tanner Health System in Georgia, and Unity Health in Arkansas.
Prior to joining BRG in 2013 Christman was a Director at Huron Healthcare in their Performance Improvement Practice for three years. Christman spent five years as a Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers in their Advisory Healthcare Practice, and Christman started his career in healthcare at Cardinal Health where he spent 5 years in their healthcare performance consulting division. His experience includes working with numerous hospitals and health systems across the United States to help guide them through large-scale performance improvement initiatives, focusing on net margin improvement. His primary area of focus is in leading comprehensive performance improvement engagements.
One of Christman’s specialty areas is Workforce Management and Productivity, where he has spent much of his career working with organizations on improving processes and their cost structures. Other areas within healthcare operations Christman has successfully completed include Clinical Practice Operations for both primary care and multi-specialty groups including Oncology. He has also worked on several engagements focused on Supply Chain Management and Patient Access initiatives. One of Christman’s strengths is the ability to work collaboratively with his clients and together solve complex problems and sustain results.
